In shipping zone

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping zones > Add shipping zone to locate your shipping address

Here you can choose region and add shipping methode.

Remember to Save changes when you're done.

In shipping options

To add estimated delivery time, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping options then edit the Delivery Time Range
